Corruption Watch Sierra Leone Organizational structure.

  1. Board of Directors: the Chairman shall be the head of the board. The board shall be responsible for giving technical advice and support to the organization. Oversees the work of the organization.
  2. National Coordinator: s/he shall be responsible for the running of the day to day activities of the organization, directs, manages all communications, and oversees the welfare of the organization and staff.
  3. Human resources officer: Responsible for advertising vacancies, receiving and processing all applications, and keeps updates of all contracted staff and permanent staff of the organization.
  4. Admin Finance officer: S/he manages the budget of the organization, keeps records of all financial transactions in the organization.
  5. Project Officer: S/he shall be in charge of managing and directing all project activities of the organization. S/he shall also be responsible for writing proposals to donors/ agencies for fundings.
  6. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: Evaluating the activities of all staff of Corruption Watch Sierra Leone. Support them to follow the principles of the organization’s mission and vision.
  7. Intelligent Unit: the intelligent unit of Corruption Watch Sierra Leone shall be responsible for the gathering and processing of relevant information from the public domains. They record all pieces of information gathered from the public for leadership actions.
  8. Logistics Officer: Responsible for taking inventory of all assets of the organization and preparing the distribution plans of Corruption Watch Sierra Leone.
  9. Public Education Officer: Educates the public on the dangers of corruption in Sierra Leone by engaging institutions to raise awareness about the dangers of corruption.
  10. District coordinators: District coordinators shall be heading Corruption Watch Sierra Leone at District level and shall conduct operations Corruption Watch Sierra Leone. They shall head all programs at district level and report to the national coordinator.
  11. Office assistants: Assisting in the day to day activities of the organization. They shall be responsible for assisting in all programs of the organization to be implemented by Corruption Watch Sierra Leone head office.
  12. Cleaners: They shall be charged with the responsibility of cleaning the offices and premises of the organization. They shall especially ensure that the office premises be cleaned and safe for the public and staff of the organization. They shall be taking note of all irrelevant materials to the dust bin.
  13. Security: Guards the office site to avoid violence and to maintain law order at all times, especially during during operations of the organization.
